Payment policy

Your booking is confirmed only after the advance payment is received and verified. Pay only to the official bKash number, Bangla QR or bank account shown on the booking confirmation page, and send us your Transaction Number after paying.

Cancellation policy

Please tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change your date — ideally at least 24 hours before pick-up. Whether the advance can be refunded or moved to another date depends on how close to the trip you inform us, and our team will confirm this with you.
